Learn how to prepare a gourmet feast and blow your friends away. Here is a sampling of what you will hear, see and taste:
In this class you will learn how to prepare delectable canapes an entree, main course and dessert. You will also get to see and learn how to jazz up your meals to make them into fancy gourmet meals with a few little tips and tricks that I will share with you. You can participate in plating the food up or simply sit back and enjoy the class. This class is open to all levels of experience.
I most recently trained with Alissa Cohen in the United States at her Gourmet restaurant Grezzo so I will be sharing some great ideas that I was inspired by at her restaurant.
